And last but not least the new roof top bar is AMAZING, the views are so lovely, the searing area is so cozy and relaxed, you could stay up there for hours at a time. We did get to see one of our favourite acts Fernando on the Sunday, he sings old and new songs. I was sad to see that the young blonde singer Freya who we normally see when we come wasn't on this week, maybe we missed her or she just no longer sings at the hotel. We also seen the retro show which was great too as they done dances from each decade. We watched Pablo Bloom on the first night and he was really good, quite funny too, if you come here make sure you watch him, he's also doing a tour around the UK. The entertainment is done on the outside stage in the summer which is nice. The entertainment was brilliant again, a big mention to Raquel, she's so funny and always tries her best to make sure everyone is having a good time, even passed out free lolly ices to everyone when the heat wave was at its highest. One member of staff who's name is Fran, does need a lesson in customer service though, he never has a smile on his face, if and when he collects your empty glasses and you thank him, he doesn't acknowledge you in any way. The Bar Staff was once again amazing, especially Naomi and Gorgi, always remember your drinks and have a smile on their faces, a special mention to Naomi though and she always works that extra bit harder, she works the bar sometimes by herself and then has to collect glasses and clean them, i would also see her cleaning the tea/coffee machine in the main lobby and I (accidently) tripped up the stairs and spilt my lemonade on the stairs and asked for something to clean it with and Naomi shooed me away (in a nice way) as she was going to do it. Once again hats off to the chefs for the lovely food, my favourite is the Honey Glazed pork which is amazing, and the baked potatoes are so soft and fluffy, even if your a picky eater, you will always find something to eat, also with a nice selection of deserts. Our room number 309 is one of the premium suites and once again was spotless on arrival with a nice bottle of Wine with 2 glasses and some chocolate, the only downside with this is the air con, it works fine but when we was here Spain was in the middle of a heatwave and it was really humid and me and my partner had a hard time sleeping as there was no breeze at all even with the doors and windows open, the air con unit should be facing the beds as we had to rearrange the beds to face the unit, but other than that the room was fab. Our room wasn't ready but that's fine as we was given our AI bands so we could go for food and get some drinks. We had the most amazing time On arrival we was greeted by a lovely lady who gave us the room we requested when we came before in April. This was our third time at the Flamingo Beach and it didn't disappoint once again.
